The academic sessions began with Assistant Professor Jayshree Rawal, who conducted an engaging activity-based session on “Teaching through Poetry in the Classroom.” She demonstrated how poetry can be used as an effective pedagogical tool to enhance language learning, creativity, and student participation.

Subsequently, Dr. Naresh Rohit and Dr. Sangeeta Parmar jointly facilitated an interactive session on “Activity-Based Learning Approach in Classroom Teaching.” Through practical activities and demonstrations, they illustrated strategies for making classroom teaching participatory and learner-centered. A relevant video clip was also presented to reinforce the importance of active learning and the teacher’s facilitative role.

After a short break, Dr. Amitkumar Yadav delivered a lecture on “Various Teaching Methods for Effective Teaching.” He explained diverse instructional strategies and their classroom applications, focusing on improving learning outcomes. Assistant Professor Sagar Tandel then conducted an activity-based session on “Effective Classroom Communication,” highlighting techniques for improving teacher–student interaction and classroom engagement.
