The Orientation Programme for Batch 2025–2026 was successfully conducted by the Vidhyadeep Institute of Business Administration, Vidhyadeep University, from 17th July to 31st July 2025 at the Seminar Hall, Anita–Kim Campus. The event was organized and coordinated by Mrs. Bhagyashree Patel and Miss Hetasvi Patel with active participation from faculty members and senior students.
The programme aimed to familiarize new students with the academic environment, university structure, and the vibrant campus culture. Over nine days, the sessions blended valuable academic insights, motivational talks, and interactive activities to create an engaging and memorable experience for all.
Highlights of the Programme:
Day 1 : The event began with a warm welcome and the University Anthem, followed by informative presentations on university facilities and academic programs. The day concluded with a fun “Passing the Parcel†activity.
Day 2 : Sessions on “Know Your University†by Ms. Riddhi Bhavsar and “Roadmap from Classroom to Corporate†by Dr. Mayur Patel helped students understand institutional and career pathways. Fun games and an open mic session followed.
Day 3 : Dr. Zankhana Atodaria conducted an insightful session on “The Art of Connection: Mastering Communication & Etiquette.†Students also explored the university’s social media platforms.
Day 4 : Dr. Sushma Ghode delivered a session on cyber safety titled “Let’s Not Trap in a Fraud.†The day ended with Bollywood-themed Antakshari.
Day 5 : “AAYAM – Captivating Enchainment of Aspires†by Mr. Govind Langariya inspired personal growth, followed by the energetic Musical Chair event.
Day 6: A session on E-commerce Trading by Kiran Rajput and a General Knowledge Quiz by I/C Dean & Principal Dr. Sachin Godhani enriched students’ awareness.
Day 7: My Bharat Initiative session by Mr. Mehul Donga motivated students toward national development, followed by “One Minute Fun Games.â€
Day 8: Screening of the movie “Rocket Singh: Salesman of the Year†encouraged ethical values and perseverance in professional life.
Day 9: The grand Mr. & Ms. Fresher Contest celebrated students’ talent, confidence, and creativity through Ramp Walk, Q&A, and Talent Rounds, judged by Mr. Vishvamsinh Thakor and Mr. Manish Dafda.
The programme concluded with enthusiasm and joy as the new students embraced the university culture with motivation and confidence. The event was a grand success due to the dedication of faculty, coordinators, and student volunteers, creating a lasting impression on the incoming batch.
